Alaina May Pyontek

Alaina May Pyontek, a well-respected broker-sales associate and managing advisor, was a top producer with a long record of successful sales before being tapped for management duty. As a salesperson in the Turpin-Mendham office, she was a consistent member of the company's Million Dollar Club (an earlier iteration of Turpin's President's Club), known for her outstanding negotiating skills and market analytics.

Alaina was invited to join Turpin soon after earning her real estate license in 1992. As a newcomer to the Somerset Hills region, she conducted careful interviews with all of the local real estate brokerages. She was most impressed with Turpin's professionalism and the company's commitment to quality and integrity, which reflected her own sensibilities. Always striving for improvement, Alaina attained her broker's license in 2005.

With a friendly and outgoing personality, a kind-hearted spirit and great organizational skills, combined with perseverance and diligence, a head for law and the soul of a mentor, these attributes infuse Alaina's real estate career success. Before real estate became her passion, Alaina enjoyed an earlier ten-year career as a speech and language pathologist, where her skills in problem-solving and recognizing the needs of others were honed. She has a Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders.

Alaina is passionate about family, friends, travel and real estate. Lifelong residents of Morris County, Alaina and her husband Fred, feel blessed to have raised their two children in Chester Township, where they have resided since 1990.
